Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.

Return Shipping
